QUALITY


The quality of our final products starts with raw materials. Major suppliers are subjected to on site audits by our quality and purchasing personnel and must supply lot to lot test data and regular statistical summaries. From there, quality control continues. Using statistical process control methods and computer analysis, we perform quality checks of products and equipment throughout the manufacturing process operator controlled SPC is used wherever possible. We monitor every thing precisely before, during and after the manufacturing process. Nothing is shipped unless it meets our rigorous requirements.

Many of our automotive and industry customers have audited our facility and procedures. We have received excellent ratings. We welcome the opportunity for our customers to see our manufacturing facilities, the quality of our products and our research and development to discuss the key features of existing and future products.

FACILITIES


The unit has well equipped laboratory for conducting all types of physical chemical and Micro structure Test etc. to supply zero Defect Product.

Proper records and Documentation are being maintained on Regular basis.

Calibrations of all laboratory equipment’s are being used to be done on regular intervals with proper Documentation.

 

Dies Machine Shop:  Our Unit has engaged Qualified Persons to make dies for us as per drawing of our customer dies are designed and developed to suit the moulding machine keeping in view of the nature of items. These dies are subjected for regular check up and proper record and documentation have also been maintained. Maintenance/Repairs of Dies are made if any spot found on moulding part at the time of visual segregation.





 

LABORATORY


We understand that, to ensure desired customers quality, a systematic and scientific test approach is required at various stages of material flow. To fulfill this we maintain a well equipped laboratory our aim is to give a Zero defect Product Totally tested for Physical, Chemical and Micro structure Defects Our LAB is equipped with.
